Go To Palestine Embassy Office

On Friday, October 20, 2017, I had the opportunity to go to Jakarta to attend a meeting with the Palestinian Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia. Precisely in Jalan Pangeran Diponegoro No.59, RT.16 / RW.5, Menteng, Central Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta. We went by mini bus from Bandung, because we were all school in Bandung. We left at seven-thirty and arrived in Jakarta at ten o'clock, but only arrived at the embassy at twelve-thirty. Yeah, as you know, the traffic!

Oh ya, by the way, the event was hosted by the chairman of my school foundation, one of the foundation's programs having an English course of MDWIEC (Intelligence Area Intelligence English Course) and I'm an MDWIEC member who, although new, is already considered an old member. Actually, this event is for our English practice of MDWIEC students, but not only that, we also study and find out exactly what really happened in Palestine, how is the latest in Palestine, what are the policies of Palestine and the surrounding countries, how the lives of teenagers in Palestine, what are the tasks of the Hamas army, how we can contribute to the liberation of Al-Aqsa, and others. We talked with Pak Taher Ahmad and his friend named Mu'ammar in English, on that occasion also attended two original Gaza youth who came directly to Indonesia. In addition to talking about Palestine, the foundation also contributed to the Palestinian Embassy. We are not just learning English, but we also use our ability to defend religion and fight in His way.

If you think the embassy offices are 'Big', you'll change your mind if you've been to the Palestinian embassy in Jakarta. We were actually surprised and unexpected, unlike our previous expectations, that if the embassy's office would be huge. However, that does not happen at the Palestinian embassy office. The yellow milk building was not that big, it was almost like a house. We were initially confused after lunch at a padang restaurant near Cikini station, confused while following a guide from the Palestinian embassy, because there is no sign at all if there is a state embassy office that was once respected in the world, Palestine . His office is very simple. Simple, but not bad. Precisely the place is very comfortable and cool, we like entering heaven after we had previously paved the 'hell' streets of Jakarta tht extremely hot. Understandably, we Bandung people, we are surrounded by mountains and often cold-chilling, so time to Jakarta so feel burned.

We finished lunch around half past twelve, while the men went to the mosque for Friday prayers (whatever mosque), we were escorted by guides from the embassy to the embassy office. When we got there, we were served drinks and snacks, and since the officers were on Friday prayers, there was only a very nice and polite female officer. We spent time together in the meeting room of the Palestinian Embassy and his living room, yes it is normal that tourists are happy photographs, as long as there is no CCTV and the officers have also gone. Be that one hour the embassy office like ours is the eighth (then MDWIEC students who are women are eight people who participated).

As we photographed, one of my older sisters took up a book on the shelf, a book on the facts and archaeological history of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and all sorts of news in Palestine to this day. When my older brother picked up the book, he found out it was the same guide we had brought. We were worried because we did not say it, but it turned out the opposite. The guide (who has not yet left for the mosque, probably because of preparing it) smiles and laughs, says just take his book, take it home, it's free. He also opened the cabinet under the bookcase, which turned out to be the book that my older brother holds. Quite a lot. We are allowed to take a book, he said it is free for visitors. We are happy and grateful (BTW book is thick and really cool, so do not believe it is free, hehe).

Well, after we are the zuhuur prayer-akhwat, soon the ikhwans come. Not long ago, Mr. Embassy, his friend, and two of the original Gaza boys came and we immediately started the event. Pak Kedubes Taher Ahmad introduced himself, his friend named Mr. Mu'ammar also introduced himself as well as two young men of Gaza. It seems that the two young Palestinians did not speak English and should be introduced. But, I think the embassy pack has been persuaded by the Chairman of the Foundation , or indeed want to test yes, because, when Pak Mu'ammar alreadyintroduce himself, we were told to stand and introduce ourselves also one by one. Use English. I'm the one who's the last, so excited. Though just introducing myself. Well, after introducing myself, the embassy started his story about Palestine. I just found out that Palestine was under British rule from 1920-1948 from Pak Taher Ahmad. Britain allowed the entry of Christians, Jews and other religions into Palestine, during which the three celestial religions lived in peace. However, it turned out that the British allowed the Jews to make their own land in Palestine, and it was in 1948 the year of the beginning of the destruction of Palestine. We all listened fervently what was delivered by Taher Ahmad.

After that, it was Mr. Mu'ammar's turn to speak. Mr. Mu'ammar is very fluent in his English, so he speaks very fast and is very passionate about the history of Palestine that we do not know yet. The explanations are so numerous and detailed that I do not know what to write in my notebook at the time. So I just listened. Before leaving for Jakarta, we were told to prepare two questions related to Palestine in English, of course to be asked to the Embassy. Well, after the news coverage is over, we are allowed to ask with questions we have prepared. I guess not all have to ask, because surely the embassy also do not want to be asked anymore, but even required one should ask at least one question equals . It seems that I'm deliberately intent: ') I am so picky about which question I have made for me to submit to the embassy. I asked in the third question-and-answer session because one and two sessions I was still timid to ask. I'm afraid my English is wrong. But it all went well. Hehe. Moreover, my question is forwarded by Mr. Chairman of the Foundation, Ihsan Abdurrahman, so I'm happy. At that time I asked, "If Gaza was blocaded, how the aid of food and clothing from the donors can enter the city?" and I'm the only one who asked me about that problem. After all questions were answered, and the cover was echoed (alay really original), we also took time to photograph together. Glad to be taking pictures with Mr. Embassy. Later I will again deh visit to embassies of other countries. Who knows can get free tickets to his country (eakk ga sincerely this his name).

Done photographed, we changed clothes that had been formal shirts into MDWIEC jerseys because we will walk to Monas. I do not know when I last got to Monas, I remember when I was in first grade. So I'm so glad to get to Monas again. And as it turns out, two young men from Gaza also took part in our bus to relax at Monas! Well, that's our way in Jakarta. A tiring journey you know. You know, we came home from Monas at four-thirty in the afternoon and arrived in Bandung at three-thirty in the morning: ((((((Many people in Jakarta are coming to Bandung, because it's so late, so we all stay at school (The foundation also has elementary, junior and senior high school.we sleep in high school) .The first story from me.This is the first article, yes, I started my 'Journey' from Jakarta.Because I feel that my journey was once- ordinary, not worth mentioning: P.

Sorry for my bad english. I am Indonesian :)
